Our Policies

We service to the businesses in the jewelry trade only. A new customer must provide proof of business and fill out required forms
New accounts will be served on COD or credit card only until all requested forms are filled out and the account is approved. On the back of this catalog there is a credit application and tax-exempt form to be filled out.
All top rated accounts will receive an open account status automatically once all required forms filled and sent to us.
For approved accounts our terms are Net 10 days only.

We do not send statements for open invoices and expect every one of our customers to comply with our terms of net 10 days.
Any account holder whose check bounces will be switched to a COD status without notice.
Our production is made to order, we do not carry any stock. We do not ship any merchandise on memorandum for show purposes.
However, we do ship wax samples to show. There will be a nonrefundable shipping and handling charges for this request. 
Casting orders are shipped within 24-72 hours. Polished Castings will take an additional day to ship. Orders with stones for a finished product are shipped within 10 business days.

Custom designs and special orders will take longer and the shipping time depends on each particular design and its complexity.
Returns are accepted only if there is a quality issue with our product. Returns must be accompanied with their original invoice. A return authorization must be obtained before anything shipped to us.

SHIPPING
 We ship only by FedEx 2nd day, next day shipping is available. Shipping and insurance charges are added to the invoice of each purchase.
